We are pleased to take part again this year at the Sigep 2018, from 20th to 24th January 2018, which will take place at the Rimini Expo Centre Italy, where we will exhibit at the pad. B7, stand 160.
The Sigep, is the main international exhibition dedicated to Confectionery, Pastry and Bakery production.
This event often anticipates innovations in the sector and is the framework in which new trends, new products and new techniques in terms of ingredients, plants and services come out. All in a climate of international networking. The network of participating operators involves around 40 countries. In fact, if we have a look at the numbers of this international event, it gives the measure of its importance:
In 2017 about 160,000 visitors, about 120,000 square meters of exhibition area with 16 available pavilions.
The Pastry section
The world of pastry comes to life at Sigep, and here operators from all over the world can experiment with innovations in the traditional pastry sector. There are also dedicated events dedicated including: Arenas of Pastry Events and Pastry & Culture.
The Bakery section
The Bakery section is dedicated to the entire bakery supply chain, taking part with ingredients, semi-finished products, technologies and equipment, to outline new innovation trends for in the sector.
