Maxi plain croissant brioche Madre is a bakery deep-frozen preproved italian cornetto, with 36 hours of natural leavening, using Fresh Sourdough MadreCupiello, sprinkled with hazelnut glaze. Brioche dough, realized according to the typical Neapolitan recipe for a tastier and longer fluffy ready to bake croissant. The natural leavening is obtained using MotherCupiello fresh sourdough guarded and refreshed in our cupiello’s Motherhouse.
